About Briana Denney

At the commencement of her legal career, Briana was a court attorney for a New York County matrimonial judge. The experience provided her with an excellent legal and procedural base. She continues reading nearly every appellate case issued in the downstate region related to matrimonial and family law in order to be current in her legal knowledge.

This knowledge serves her well in all aspects of her practice, from drafting prenuptial agreements to effectively advocating in court. She also represents clients who are engaging in various forms of alternate dispute resolution, such as mediation. She has represented clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, from out-of-court agreements and settlements to conducting trials and appeals.

Briana was born and raised in Arizona and presently resides in Astoria.  She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as races and rides bicycles in her free time.
